Congress Passes Bill Delaying Ban On Hemp THC Products
The U.S. House of Representatives approved a government funding bill that includes a provision delaying the implementation of a federal ban on certain hemp-derived THC products until December 11, 2026. The Senate previously approved the measure, and the legislation now heads to President Donald Trump for signature. The provision postpones the implementation of the ban 30 days beyond its original November 12, 2026 effective date.
