CIAO
Membership Terms and Conditions
Membership in CIAO is subject to the following terms and conditions:
Members must contribute a minimum two-hundred fifty and no dollars ($250.00) payment on an annual basis to CIAO Failure to make the required contributions shall constitute grounds for removal as a member of CIAO pursuant to Article II, Section 6(B) of the Bylaws of CIAO
Only Members who have contributed one-thousand and no dollars ($1,000.00) cumulatively to CIAO shall be eligible to be elected to the Board of Directors or as an officer of CIAO
Members may not speak on behalf of CIAO, nor do members of CIAO have the authority to enter into any agreement on behalf of CIAO, or otherwise enter into any binding obligation on behalf of CIAO without the express written consent of the President of CIAO
Members of CIAO must currently be involved in some facet of the cannabis industry. When a member no longer is involved in the cannabis industry, the member may be removed as a member of CIAO pursuant to Article II, Section 6(B) of the Bylaws of CIAO
CIAO is represented by Day Law & Associates, P.C. Membership in CIAO does not create an attorney-client relationship between any member and Day Law & Associates, P.C. solely on the basis of membership in CIAO. Members of CIAO who wish to engage the services of Day Law & AssociatesP.C. must enter into a separate representation agreement with Day Law & Associates, P.C.
The primary method of communication between CIAO and its members is by electronic mail, unless a different form of communication is required by state law, or the Articles of Incorporation/Bylaws of CIAO Members of CIAO consent to receiving communication from CIAO by electronic mail.
By my signature below, I consent to the terms and conditions set forth herein. Further, the information contained in this application is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge. In the event any of the information contained in this application changes such that I am no longer eligible to be a member of CIAO, I will immediately notify CIAO of the change(s).
